All rates include complimentary chocolates, slippers, teas and coffee, milk, orange juice, breads, cereals and preserves.

Bookings are confirmed by a 50% deposit made by credit card (either VISA or Mastercard). The balance of your stay  be made by credit card or cash. We apologise that we are unable to accept cheques.

Deposits are non refundable. However, if we can arrange an alternative booking for the date you have cancelled, you may transfer your deposit to a later date.

Gift Packages/Certificates:
The perfect treat for a loved one or friend, starting from just $280.  You can also include a massage, dinner, limousine, flowers, wine or champagne.  Please call us to discuss the perfect gift package.
